Jolyne, in my opinion, is the best Jojo in reference to character development and the uniqueness in her Stand ability.
Her writing could have been better, however.

@SuzieQ that one panel with her holding out the tray is the only thing i know about stone ocean other than the fact that i love jolyene and her girlfriend hermes.
