Bullet journaling is actually really good for people with executive dysfunction
@dothedark Secondes. My productivity has skyrocketed since I started.
@VimtoBaba Same and I only started a few days ago it's hard to stick by but I'm taking my time and starting small to not feel overwhelmed but I feel a lot better, I tried using it before but it didn't work because I tried so hard to make it look pretty because of all of those youtubers 😭😭😭
@dothedark Hahaha take it one step at a time. Functionality > looks and moreover what works for you doesn't have to be what works for others. Customize it to suit you first and foremost. And let it serve you instead of trying to serve it.
@VimtoBaba yesss that what I've been doing, keeping it minimalistic and organised makes it easier to process and understand for me so that's what I'm doing and it's been working
@dothedark That's good! Keep me posted we can share shortcuts and tips andstuff. I'm also abysmal at art so it's very plain
@VimtoBaba I just have a normal to do list everyday and I track my sleep (when I fall asleep and when I wake up and if I wake up in the middle of sleeping) and food so I don't forget to eat and I just use my calendar view to write down what I did because I have REALLY bad memory.I don't draw anything at all tbh
@dothedark Same. I track daily tasks, monthly goals, and also when I wear contacts and when I don't. Gonna atart tracking food and exercise soon too
@VimtoBaba good luck !!
@dothedark Thanks, you too!
