so yea I started cognitive behaviour therapy today to help with my depression im not feeling too confident about it working out but i really hope it does!!!

@saltygaylord you basically keep a journal to keep track of your emotions/thoughts/behaviour and go over it with your psychiatrist/therapist. it helps to identify potential triggers for harmful thoughts and behaviour.
@haemaglobin fascinating. But what if there are no triggers? I'm asking as a depressive.
