DNA schedule@likeoohaah you have already joined the mastodon.social instance. If you want to join another one, go to that site (eg. toot.cat) and create an account there.

@likeoohaah you could @ mention a moderator from the instance you're trying to join, so they know to look into it.

@likeoohaah hopefully the instance will list people at /about/more, for example toot.cat lists a moderator, admins, and a support account at https://toot.cat/about/more
