i finally have enough characters to say that white cishet liberals who tell poc, lgbt folk, etc to take 'calm' approaches to injustices and respect our oppressors or else we're 'on their level' are annoying privileged assholes who need to learn that many changes throughout history haven't been made by being calm, respectful, etc. it's so easy to say be nice when the people you're trying to be nice to you don't hate your entire existence isn't it
