Trump a hot headed fool, but there's a huge gap between a first strike outside of an existing DEFCON 1 situation and sending tweets at 3 AM. The real danger situation is a Cuba crisis as that's a huge test of the character of a president, but it's unlikely that things will deteriorate to that point in four years.
