Improbable IslandI got kicked out of England when Theresa May was home secretary. For me, this is very personal, and I'm very pleased that even if she manages to hold on to a majority, her career will be over.

@eggpie I was given the choice of breaking up with my wife or leaving my country. Theresa May's immigration policies as home secretary tore apart a LOT of families.

@ImprobableIsland Were you married at the time? I know the US can get funky about immigration but typically marriage is a free pass as long as it isn't obviously only to immigrate
