@fry That's exactly why I like IF and OMAD. Unless I've got all kinds of time on my hands to actually shop, prep, cook, eat, and clean.

@Owlbert Had to look this up - tbh though thinking about changing the way I do things sounds complicated. I also have to provide a normal meal for another human most evenings, and what's more I love breakfast. I basically just want someone to bring me sandwiches at lunch time.
