So, lastnight when I was really tired, I wrote a reply I shouldn't have.

When I saw it had been boosted (only once) I decided to delete it.

However, the rest of the discussion that followed is still there. I just did not want that one message to linger and possibly cause other problems.

@maloki unfortunately due to the nature of federation your toots cannot be deleted off of other servers that recieved it.

Post Privacy settings may be usefull in mitigating damage, but if you send something to another server, you can only delete your copy of it (Unless Gagron can come up with something to solve this issue.)

@NetKitteh deletes do federate, kinda, just not immediately and malicious server admins can decide to circumvent it.
I believe we added a "look for original source" except to the boost thing for Mastodon, iirc. Either that or it's "to be added"
I've been kinda bogged down in my thesis writing :)
