OPEN QUESTION:
I'm looking for a better way to manage several long-term projects, preferably in a way that would let me see relative percentages of completion/last time touched/next action item from a high level. I run a monthly event and work a day job and THOSE things are going well, I am just completely mismanaging the rest of my time and could use something resembling a superstructure.
