💪 Seven days without smoking a cigarette
💪 I finally found a primary care physician who looks able to answer all the specific questions I have about my rapidly-aging body
💪 Doctor's appointment scheduled for the first time in years
💪 Only five minutes late to work as a result of my morning Crusader Kings II session (I'm letting this slide because OBVIOUSLY I had to shore up becoming King of Ireland before I saved and quit)
