I've realized I am totally ok with the musicians I listen to being degenerate Satanists and real Pagans but politicians having an association with a Crowleyian witch is apparantly unacceptable. Maybe its because with the musician it's all there laid out and I know their decisions only affect them.
Which gets into another thought: Why accept being governed by anyone who doesn't share my beliefs in the first place?
@Chelydros Mental and physical exhaustion, as well as a philosophical cataloging I do every so often that I normally keep to myself.
I still listen to music with Satanic themes because I am still fascinated with the ideology of rebellion but as a practical adult I realize I don't want people I vote for being influenced by those ideologies.
Quite a pickle, and easier to reconcile\compartmentalise when I'm not half-asleep.
