I tried the new local ice cream with COAL flavor. (There is coal in it, not a coal substitute.)
Taste is mild chocolate with vanilla but your tongue will turn black for a while.

@oreolek wow, that's wild. I would have guessed coal had some quite toxic elements, but perhaps there is such a thing as food-grade coal!

@cms I'm reeally not an expert on edible (char)coal but there is whatever's black, crunchy and edible.
