Here's mine. A big scary event/decision thing that was coming for ages was supposed to happen yesterday, and it did. And now it's in the past and the world still exists. So weird.
@canadalek I started sweating. I don't sweat much and the high temp in PDX jumped from 61 on Tuesday to 81 yesterday and I biked home in a T-shirt and jeans and could feel myself really sweating for the first time in months and thought to myself about how people have probably always been scared of the different air around them - but as part of this generation I get to be scared and anxious and complicit. Then I sweated some more.
@ietyler @canadalek ay, but seriously though. I'm in pdx too and these last couple days have been pretty rough, given the jump. Supposed to be in the 50's again tomorrow.
@MisterRoque @canadalek Climate change horrors aside, one of my favorite quirks of living in the PNW is that a lot of the population treats any day over 70 as if it's the last day of high school summer vacation.
