@wheeler Yeah, it's a very strange choice to include nano by default like that, but I think you can also use vi... may be wrong though, haven't installed Gentoo for a few months now

@Ghosty in the terminal, I use #vim for quick edits; but getting into #spacemacs whenever I have to do coding for any length of time, remote edits with tramp, or note-taking with org-mode. Continually amazed by its features and capabilities.
Which editor(s) do you like to use?
