@make Would you consider something like a Baratza grinder & a Chemex?

We are looking for something simpler to replace this machine.

@make @slowrain You should have a hand-grinder as a backup! :D (We only use a hand-grinder in my house.)

@sina @make I have a slightly modified version of the #Hario #Skerton, which is similar in appearance to that. That's a very popular design.

@sina @make Yes, except the top of the collar can wear out and start to wobble.

@slowrain @make I haven't yet had that happen. The most I've had to do is just tighten the screw on the top. xD

@sina @make It happens over time with more use. I didn't use mine much, so it's still fine, too.
