John~🐺#Amaroq for Mastodon v1.1.1 update: On the heels of the last big update, we have some more improvements, fixes, and small additions! Navigation of profiles is now a swipe-able interaction, the last of the annoying modals are gone. There’s a bunch of bug fixes and refinements to multi-instance support, and you can now remove/logout individual instances! Korean, German, and Spanish support are also here! More to come… :3

@jeffsonstein I won't ever say no to this, but it'd require a fantastic amount of thought into how the real estate of the screen is used... which is why I think the vast majority of social networking apps avoid this like the plague x3
Unless you mean just the media viewer - in that case I do plan on fixing that :P I don't like the current media viewer for many reasons.
@eurasierboy even just getting it to just display in landscape mode would help usability for ppl like me who are mostly accessing via tablet. and really meant it, tnx very much for doing all this work for the good of the community 🙏
