If it's a dishwasher or washing machine I'll give a cursory look.
A smartphone, computer, etc, nah never.

@NinahMarie @saper I actually had to do this for (of all things) some German *sausages* I found in the local shop; as I thought the casing was edible (like most others) and wondered "why is it like trying to eat the polythene wrapper"? Of course on the label it says "remove outer casing before consuming" ๐Ÿ˜

@NinahMarie for most things I don't need to read the manual. If it was something complicated ( helicopter for example) I might. โ˜บ๏ธ
