We need hashtags, and we need them now. I keep forgetting we have Spaaaaace, so to speak. So no more hard to decrypt hastags.

Of course #Spoilers would work pretty well for Who, but #DoctorWho is more obvious. I don't know that I'd do hashtags for discussions of every ep; the most recent discussion is most likely to be the one discussed.
