Any recommendations on the current best howto on setting up your own Mastodon instance? Probably prefer Docker, but all tips are appreciated before making choices

@pors @erwblo what would it run on? Part of the fun is doing a bit of DevOps to host it. I'm now at TransIP w/ a Debian VPS
