In some ways, #WikiTribune hits “the right buttons” for me. One of my first impressions of the Internet, in 1993, was that it would #FixTheNews. And the #WikiWay does go well with much of my own approach. Plus, there’s a whole lot to say about the Future of Journalism (#FoJ), and not just because of the current crisis to its business models.
Which might be where things get more nuanced. While there’s something bold in Jimmy Wales’s plea, it’s a business model play.
