I hate job recruiters.
They money comes from placing you in a job. It doesn't matter to them if you are good fit for the company or the company is a good fit for you.

I have requirements for jobs and as soon as a job recruiters see this they thank me for my time and I never hear from them again.
I'm not always nice in responding to them because of this. This morning I was exceptionally nice though. My email read:
I most definitely have the skills and experience to rock this position.
However, I am currently a stay at home mom to two young, special needs children. So unless they are willing to let me work from home and have a very flexible schedule, then I don't think it will work out.
Please let them know about me but I might have to be a last resort for them. The remote work and flexible schedule I will not budge on. My family comes first.
