dinner tonight: fried tofu with salt eggwhite panko breading. tossed with some steamed carrot straws, scallion & mushroom slivers, soy, white wine vinegar, chili, honey, garlic. steamed jasmine rice with some peanut and sesame oil. turned out pretty good.
