@gamemakingtools this was the result of my previous attempt to cut out pixel city into an atlas

GIMP's edge finding algo got confused n stuff

I have to put the coords of the sprites into a JSON but I can make that automagically if I have the sprites in separate files so that's the best thing probably

@gamemakingtools I think having only some of the sprites with full outlines, and others with only top outlines, is actually deliberate, because the full outlines go at street level and the half outlines stack atop that, resulting in one building with an outline
