Mike GerwitzI finally got glasses again after ~10yr in the hopes that I'll stop leaving my contacts in for months at a time. I'll only be using them at night or early morning; I never realized how much I use my peripherals and lower vision! I keep knocking things over with my elbows and stepping on my kids' toys.
Too bad everything looks like I'm in a fishbowl...I'm not sure if it's my actual eyes or brain that needs to adjust. Interesting concept either way. Had my wife put the glasses on and there's no distortion for her, so they aren't the issue. She said she had similar issues too initially.
