If you cannot fill a role, offer more money. This is #econ101 shit.

Applying for H1B applications and paying the bare minimum (60k) to comply with the law drives down the fair market rate of these positions and creates a negative feedback loop exacerbating the problem.

Companies have the money. GDP is up.

If you want to pay an immigrant to come to America to fill a role, great. Pay them what you would pay an American. To do otherwise is a disservice to Americans and immigrants.

If this is not corrected I predict salaries will continue to go down while GDP increases. At the same time student loan default will continue to increase.

At some point the whole house of cards will collapse.
