@Xenia You'll forgive me what I imagine is a stupid question, but is there anything that can be done to prevent this? Any legislative or legal options?
. @Xenia @brownmattb no one wants to take responsibility for this law actually. It's not yet in the process but it seems way too real.
Laws in Russia may work if it's something that doesn't affect government but I think that in this case there are many parties who are interested (media owners who want to ban torrents for good and government what cannot ban opposition sites completely now).
That's how things work here: every time after massive protests things get worse
