@bitboxer I have a luftdaten sensor in Berlin, #1444. Any idea how I could modify it for offline logging?

@andydolman offline? you mean without the sensor using wifi to transmit it to at least a influxdb that is in the same network? You can configure the firmware to output the data using the usb port. But I have never tried that. Some details can be found here:

@bitboxer Thanks. Yes, more or less. Would like to test air quality in rural areas. Could setup local hotspot but thought logging would be easier and more robust.

A mobile logger with GPS would also be excellent for bike routes.

@andydolman the OK Lab Stuttgart has played around with a mobile logger I think. You should try to reach out to them about that :)
