@CharlotteJordaan I really like mastodons clean, performant interface and above all it's friendly community without any major corporations which may pollute the climate by their commercial crap.

@midzer well said, I also like the idea that the platform does not allow corporations. I'm quite curious though when/how they will find another way to promote their business eventually.

@CharlotteJordaan @midzer Only possible when corporations launch their own instances. But this could easily be fixed, because admins of other instances could filter out instances not to federate with.

I also read something about companies that let influencers post for them. So it is not a company but individuals that recommend their product or service. Pretty smart i think.. @edvorg @midzer
