Do you think Mastodon is mature enough to ask for a KDE instance at kde.org? It would be really cool to have the posts by KDE contributors in local timeline, not necessarily about Open Source.
einar said we should wait at least one year and see what happen with Mastodon. What do you think? Personally I want a KDE instance now!

@ohyran @eang @colomar @ilpianista @alexl No idea. That is why I said we should probably wait. That, and to see whether this will live at all.

I'm more worried about the server resources needed for it - spending a server with >=2G of ram just to have a KDE instance seems to be an overkill considering how many things we already run.

@alexl @ohyran @ivan @colomar @eang in truth I don't care about a #KDE instance. Instead, I would like to get a list of KDE developer/contributor <-> mastodon account.
I remember the was a list once of identi.ca accounts, but I cannot find it anymore.
