I think I'm the one in the family who have depression ._. And yet, still couldn't talk to any family member about it. Because for sure, they will say "It is because you are not religious!" etc. I complete my daily task, read the Quran but still have them.
@dinie if you can see a therapist, I suggest you do. there's so many variables in your life that can cause you to have depression. I think if you can explain that to your family, maybe then can see where you're coming from and support you. good luck.

@dinie Many people with a strong religious faith ignore psychological causes and effects.

If you have faith *and* are interested in other causes, this is frustrating for you!

@Stringbender I know right... ._. they just don't want to accept that religion is not everything :(

Of course i do, because i used to interested in psychology haha. But when i realized that nobody around me would understand my situation, it disappoint me :(
