Condolences to Turkey.
Remember though: The referendum wasn't to ask your opinion, but to legitimize already existing dictatorship.
Remember also Turkey, referendum result was never valid anyway. Held in manner opposite to required "free, fair and open" from start to end.
If anyone pops up saying "you only say that because Dictator Erdoğan won!"… no. I said the referendum result would be invalid for months.
If holding referendum while jailing proponents of one side, calling a side "terrorists", hugely disproportional propaganda, &: never valid.
That "NO to dictatorship" got THIS close during THESE conditions surprised me & probably Erdoğan too. Hints at what would be result if fair…
Yes, yes, Turkey ref results appealed, but… really think the result will become MORE representative as commission gets more time to tamper?
Don't expect intl observer orgs to protest Turkey referendum loudly. CoE, EU, etc silence to not offend regime is part of how this happened.
Many reports of street protests rising from various parts of Turkey, in response to the illegitimate referendum result. May be a long night.

#TurkeyRef campaign on pro-Dictatorship side unofficially included razing villages, displacing probable opponents, jailing press+activists.
OSCE referendum monitors could have declared Turkey referendum invalid for "unequal conditions" several months ago… instead of after.
