This is totally major interesting, especially because if you lurk long enough on the forums, you find #KA9Q himself and a bunch of his @Qualcomm friends discussing the merits and demerits of mobile routing protocols.

My formative Internet experience was getting #KA9Q NOS running on a Zenith Z-151 so let's just say I'm a fan.

The use case I have in mind is severe storm lookout, e.g. web cam pointed at a tornado from a water tower. Wouldn't want to be up in the air flying then.
