(its kind of a play on the "Morning Zoo" radio shows on FM during the morning commutes where they are stupid, talk-about-nothing, scriptedly whacky, shows that blather on for hours about the latest Award show that they watched the night before).

Its also a phrase that listeners to the www.noagendashow.com say to each other. Its not really a "secret phrase" but it kinda acts like a public identifier (as you've now experienced).
