@Elizafox you should look into keto. The basic assumption is that the shift to low fat high carb diets over the past few decades has led to higher rates of obesity since excess carbs are immediately converter to fat. I tried it out of curiosity a couple of months ago and lost 15 lbs in 2 months (and I'm not even that big lol) not trying to sound like an infomercial since it's your life, you can do whateva ya want
