I was winning a Hearthstone ranked game and then it crashed and I lost when the game finally restarted. Why is this card game so broken?!

@Gargron there's something seriously wrong with their servers, every time I try to play the game either doesn't load or hangs on matchmaking until one or both of us quits and someone takes a loss.
