.@splatoon Usually it's used for OK when one doesn't wish to (or can't) talk. Note Tr$mp & Bannon seem to be speaking… that other guy tho…? seems odd…🤔 that looks shady AF to me, and it's the only reason I thought it was more than the okay sign.
