Question from DragonLuvr89 of the day: Is soup just overpriced water?
@dragonluvr89 It's also the rest of the vegetables can't sold in the complete form
@Robbie GRoss! Because the vegetables are rotten??

@dragonluvr89 No because public want uniform glossy flawless vegies but others or the rest of high marges preparation are 'transformed' into soup ... it's what they can't sell otherwise.

Conclusion ? use your blender or buy local production ! you'll get fibers and so satiety -> healthy food. That's why you can eat 3 mac do and still be hungry : no fibers, no satiety :/

@Robbie You just blew my mind! I notice that when I eat a lot of vegetables I don't always feel full for a long time but I think that's because my body is used to bread and fatty foods that I would gorge on at night and then eat nothing during the day.

I'm trying to turn it around. I got a fitbit and that's working really well.

I love buying local. What do you think of organic? I've heard mixed things about it.

@dragonluvr89 depending of the country you're from you can't get full organic. But meat or eggs from chicken that run outside and veggies with much more less ( difficult to get nothing) toxics on the short and long term can really made the difference for you body but also your brain. Sugar, Salt and flavor enhancers to mask the lack of quality (which they make margins from) have HIGH consequences on your brain.
@Robbie That makes perfect sense to me. When I went to France I had refined sugar and saturated fat withdrawal. I don't know how else to describe it. I broke down and went to McDonald's in FRANCE of all places because my body was screaming for sugar and fat. I think because I was used to an American diet. Anyway, I lost 15 lbs. in only 10 days and I think it's because we were also walking all the time too.
