Most importantly the documentation has been moved out of tootsuite/mastodon into tootsuite/documentation so improvements to that wouldn't interfere with the actual codebase/issues

@Gargron what exactly was the issue? Documentation inside the main repo shouldn't cause problems.

@Gargron there's other ways to manage documentation change requests without them getting in the way of code review. Let's discuss this sometime (once I have a block of time to work on Mastodon)
