I have several bots following me here on Mastodon.network, is that a good thing?

@sautter You can add in your bio #nobot and the bots don't follow you, this apply in any GNUsocial account. Is a rule for every bot created but some don't follow that rule. I read this morning some bots that doesn't follow the rule were blocked in some instance by their admin.

@blueminda thanks, but what are the bots doing? Anything bad or harmful?

@sautter Most of them are for federation to other instance, for new users.
