@sautter Yeah I've been doing a lot of reading on the web and I have books from Dr Fung and Dr Fuhrman. I think I'd like to do 5-2 for a while.

I was very encouraged that doing one day wasn't too difficult. I'd never fasted before and I wasn't sure I could do it!
