tjkrz@leo I did three days earlier this year. Once you get through the first day, it gets easier. Are you drinking bone broth during the fast?
@tjkrz No but a number of people suggested that. I'll try it next time. One day went well. I'll go for two next week! (Oddly my blood sugar was still 112 after 24 hours of fasting. Guess I'll have to fast harder.)
