Trying to figure out what's "best" for a large userbase is tricky even when you're just talking about, like, 50 people. I can't imagine trying to please thousands. It's simply not possible to meet everyone's demands & needs, and trying to find what works the best for the most people is really, *really* difficult. Mastodon has a long way to go but I have a lot of hope for the project, sending good vibes your way @Gargron

@Gargron @aeonlamb It may take awhile but I don't see why everything can't be for everyone in the future. Right now though you should focus on what you think is best and expand when you're ready.
