@Manu thanks! I think it's cool too ;) I don't actually work much as a biologist at the moment. But previously I worked as a field botanist and as a plant biologist in the lab.

@chid what exactly does a field botanist do? Looking at plants I guess? (Sorry for my ignorance haha)

@Manu lol, yeah basically. Most of my work was environmental impact assessment. Australia is big and has huge biological diversity. My state alone has more plant species than all of Europe; so there is a lot of work to be done finding and cataloguing them and protecting them from destruction by development.

@chid sounds really fun! And pretty tiring too haha. I'd love to visit Australia some day, the diversity of plants/animals is crazy.
