Perhaps I should explicitly not try to replicate my Twitter feed but instead find new people here.

I'm warming up to this idea

@kkozmic I just got here and I'm find it uncanny, in a comfortable way. The channel allows you to experience yourself differently - in a way not conducive to replication or the security of what you thought social media way. This is likely due to the smallness of the community being especially full of nice care-bears.

@kkozmic there is actually a tool, https://mastodon-bridge.herokuapp.com/ . Requires you and the friends you're interested in following to sign in to it with both twitter and mastodon, though, so it can know who's who. Still, found a few people for me.
