Uhhh. So our lemon tree is exploding* with lemons. Lemonade aside, what else can one do with a heap of them? Can they be made into marmalade or something? (Many will be gifted to neighbours, I think).

*not literally of course. Though exploding lemons would make the courtyard more exciting.

@carly_io Yes, lemon marmalade is delicious! If you can't find a recipe,, the same stuff as goes in orange marmalade will work, maybe need a bit more sugar - check as you cook it for desired sweetness.
