Hmmmm... to get places I can use hdf5 in cygwin and run torch natively on Windows... geez. What a confusing mess.

At least I figured out what was going on / what I need to do to make it all work.

All this to just do neural networks for a joke. Well, I guess it beats having nothing to do.
