spent all of yesterday until 4 a.m. updating my dusty resume and LinkedIn and writing a cover letter and finally submitting app. jeez.

now late on an actual writing deadline but oddly have some small sense of accomplishment even if odds are some other person will win the job. whatever brain, i'll take it. squirt the nice chemicals.
