Okay, so there are people bitching about toots in non-English languages (French, mostly). Those people can fuck right off.

That said: I *do* think there would be utility in being able to set a preferred language for your username and optionally only seeing toots from users who picked that same language. I don't think there's anything wrong with saying, "Look, I only speak German, I just want to see German language toots in my timeline."
