@b9ace I'm curious about this rationale. I'd suggest data traffic first because phone lines run larger risk of getting (are easier to) shut down.
@mmn SMS is allowed up to 72 hours delivery time (unless shorter requested), so they can deliver whenever there's room. Less so with data.
